KINGDOM BARRIER BREAKERS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
WBIC Academy is the crypto education platform of Kingdom Barrier Breakers. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the Academy, sign in, use learning tools, or contact support.
Information we collect
When you sign in through Google using Clerk, we receive basic identity information, such as your name, email address, email verification status, profile image when provided, and an account identifier. We use this to authenticate you and connect you to your Academy student record. Google sign-in does not grant us access to your Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files, wallet, or financial accounts.
We store lesson progress, workbook notes you choose to save, consent choices, account timestamps, and access records. For member access, we may check Stripe customer, product, payment or subscription status and assigned membership seats. Stripe handles payment details; do not submit card numbers through Academy notes or support messages. Support requests contain the information you choose to send.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, save and restore learning activity, recognize existing students, check free or member access, record consent, respond to requests, and protect the service. Signing in does not by itself subscribe you to promotional emails. Marketing choices are recorded separately where offered.
Service providers and sharing
Clerk and Google support authentication, Cloudflare supports hosting and database storage, and Stripe supports payment and membership verification. These providers process information needed for their services under their own policies. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to investigate misuse and protect users. We do not sell your personal information or use Google account information for targeted advertising.
Cookies, browser storage, and external content
Authentication uses cookies or browser storage to maintain your session. Learning tools may use browser storage for local state. Clearing browser data can remove locally stored information. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and security logs.
Embedded videos and links to YouTube, Loom, Discord, Amazon, booking services, and other external websites are subject to those providers’ privacy practices. Embedded content may send your IP address and browser information to the provider when loaded.
Retention and security
We retain account and learning records while needed to provide the Academy, maintain access, meet applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention can differ between service providers and backups. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no system is completely secure. Never store seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or sensitive financial credentials in your workbook.
Your choices and requests
Contact kingdombarrierbreakers@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your Academy data, or to withdraw optional marketing consent. We may verify your identity before acting. Deleting an Academy account does not automatically cancel a paid membership or delete records held independently by Google or Stripe. You can also manage Google connections in your Google Account settings; revoking a connection does not itself delete saved Academy records.
Audience and updates
The Academy is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes and will show the revised date here.
